Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Every converter runs entirely on your PC and works offline. Your files never leave your computer, and there is no account to create.
What can I do with the free version?
Convert one file per batch, at full quality, with no watermark and no sign-up. Lifetime Pro removes the one-file limit and adds the folder watcher.
Where do my converted files go?
Into the folder shown next to Save to at the bottom of the app window. You can change it any time. When you drop a folder, its subfolders are mirrored in the output, and your original files are left untouched.
How do I get Lifetime Pro?
Lifetime Pro is a one-time Microsoft Store add-on that you buy inside the app you use. It goes on sale once Microsoft approves it; until then every converter works in free mode.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases go through Microsoft Store, so refunds are handled by Microsoft. Request one from your order history at account.microsoft.com, or write to support@converterforpc.com and we will point you the right way.
